Susan is based in Burlington, Ontario and dedicated to delivering evidence-based, inclusive mental health care. Susan has pursued advanced training in several therapeutic modalities to support a comprehensive, client-centred approach to care. 

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, with specialization in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She incorporates various modalities based on the needs of the client, ensuring a treatment plan that is both personalized and grounded in current research.
